Week 646; Kiteboats And Walls

                         Luucy and Linus build a small Van Pelt dock but seconds after it is completed Charlie Brown crashes a kiteboat into it.
                             Linus moves into half-shutdown mode (walls up roads block) but finds the blocked roads are losing their effect and phase out that until the end of the week.
                        Snoop has his Charlie Brownan assistant write a letter to the producer of a TV show and criticizes him for portraying Animals as silly and stupid but forgets to mention not buying the sponsor's product.
                         Chuck asks Lins what about the half-shutdown makes it secure but he says it is a combination of ingredients like a doctor's prescription.
                            Luucy's daughter steals Lins' son's blanket and folds it up into a penguin shape to annoy him which he soon finds.
                            Lu notices that Charlie Brown constructed a new kiteboat and pleads to its leader to not spend money on new kiteboats it will crash so it is deconstructed.
                          Chuck decides that perhaps half-shutdowns can lead to more productivity but Lins says it takes lots of work to go into half-shutdown.
