                         Luucy introduces a bill making it so countries can only enter the UNOP if Lucy, Charlie Brown, Snoopy and Linus all agree to it so Chuck and Viole filibuster it by talking about how annoying Snoopy's Scavengers are.
                            Charlie Brown starts using Snoopians as antennas to give their TV's better service and somehow it actually works.
