Luucy's daughter turns off the TV that Lins' son is watching and says that no one was watching it and he demands she turn it back on since he is a person but eventually gives up because the program wasn't good. Five's elected representatives decide to work together to disrupt the leadership by creating a coalition of new people.
Speech part 7; Chuck realizes that Snoop has disappeared and decides that he got cold paws at the last minute. The representatives (Fifon and Fifbon) communicate with Ro to see if Roy will join the UNOP.
Speech part 8; Luucy finds out that Snoop isn't home yet and talks long about how Snoop isn't dependable. Roy seems interested in joining the UNOP as well as the Republic of the North and so Fifon and Fifbon jointly introduce a motion to let it in.
Speech part 9; Snoop decides to stay in a tree for the rest of his and falls asleep in it which confuses Lins. Fried announces her support while the Small party (Sherm, Sharmy and Pen, three people) oppose it.
Speech part 10; All of the leaves in the tree Snoop is lying in fall off. Chuck summons his cabinet, Lins, Chak and Lucille to decide what to do.
Speech part 11; Chuck finds Snoop and they have a little party for his return. Snoop joins the group and they decide to make Roy hold a referendum on joining the UNOP because they want Roy in but they need to make sure that they don't let Fifon and Fifbon control it and take out the old guard.
Luucy's daughter makes her stepbrother keep up with her by yelling heel at him. Chuck gets Luucy to support him on the maneuver and the bill passes to let Roy in, if it passes a popular referendum.CB 3601 Lucy 2022 Snoopy 1803 Linus 1618
