Chuck shows Batricia and Biole a picture of him which they like since it doesn't look like him. The Outsiders attacks Shermy leaving it with one good politician.
Lucy gets mad at Charlie Brown for using truck to give them food that had jelly in it so all the food is destroyed. The one Shermian politician starts getting an army of peasants to take over the country.

Charlie Brown and Snoopy are sending supplies down a small hill to close in on Lucy and Charlie Brown is exhilarated by it while Snoopy is bored.
Luucy tells Chuck something important and he fast walks to try to get to the capitol building to tell them but she try's to stop him. He is able to get this info so Lucy is still trapped and loses some important soldiers.

The 5,000 new Doghouses are created and they now have giant insides and small outsides which will be added to almost every doghouse later. Shermy, Patty, Violet and Schroeder fit their entire backup armies in one and then bring Charlie Brown in to. Then they bomb Lucy over and over again with much firepower since lots of it can fit their.
Charlie Brown sees a giant Shermian train system and then sees their tiny train system. The Shermian one is then taken over by new rebels and they start transporting weapons to the city of Bland their rival capitol.
Chuck shows Luucy Snoop balancing a bottle of pop on his ear and she is amazed until she hears its grape. Charlie Brown makes a big railroad so it can fell better.
The Hiccup sickness crashes Linus and then gets it back up and running. The Country of April and its allies attack Lucy.
Charlie Brown observes its railroad and then sees Snoopy's army running away from it because they got hurt by the train. Lucy's army try's to help Lucy but realize they are trapped, with radio cut off and Linus coming to reinforce them.

Lucy attacks food shipments to Linus, the Great Piano, Violet's government collection, a Charlie Brownan art gallery, a big Shermian marbles tournament and a Pattian art store so they chase it into The UNOP Front so they are destroyed, this is not reported to Lucy.
Chuck tells Sherm everyone is watching 3D movies and then sees Snoop walking home with 3-D glasses. The rebel party is destroyed and a leader of Shermy chosen.
The Charlie Brownan army is warm in their winter supplies, but can't move. Linus finally takes control of its country and defeats its mercenaries.

Patty makes it out of the main United Nations of Peanuts/ Outsiders land on the continent and begins actually looking for countries.
Snoopy's scavengers are trying to get food from Charlie Brown and are told to beg better than find out the foods gone.
Lucy and Linus hear that one of them will get a special occasion and the other will be sent to country shut down. Linus is able to get the occasion.
