Week 557; Wall Talk

                                Mr. Manager part 125; Chuckson tries to catch a ball but it falls out of his glove and into Snop's mouth. Luci finds out about a meeting with a high-ranking spy and Charlette while Sniv was confirmed to be somewhere else during.

                     Lins tells Chuck that when the wall is cleaned all of Linus' mistakes are washed away, similar to the proverbial clean slate.

                     Linus try's to get Charlie Brown to install a wall to soak up all of the worries of Charlie Brown. Charlette continues making up details on Sniv to confuse Luci.
                        Lins try's to convince Luucy to support a wall to make the people of Luucy less crabby but she punches him.
                         Luucy shows Lins a map of a country that split from a Pre's member (they are very rich) and points out that it doesn't have a wall.
                         Lins decides the reason that the country related to a Pre's member doesn't have a wall is because it's GDP wasn't sufficient to create one.
                           Lins writes a letter to the leaders of that country to offer making a wall to it but asks what country it came from.

Week 556; Luci Investigates Representatives

                         Chuck try's to get Sallicia to do something but she refuses and Luucy advises him to have control of his subordinates, like her with Lunus she plays him like a piano.

                        Chuck asks Luucy if she enjoys hurting him, and then she smiles and asks if she looks happy. Far returns to Peanutsville in the dead of night, with only one witness.
                      Lins' son feels depressed for the world after looking at movie ads. Luci hears a rumor that Charlette planted someone in the representatives and investigates them, starting with the easy ones (Chuck, Luucy, Lins ect.) and then going on to the possible options, (Fried, Pendu, Far ect.).
                         Snoop try's to make funny faces but Luucy insults them. Luci narrows down possible spies to CPatricia (her absence), Pendu, Sniv, Sal, Fried and Far.
                        SmartA insults Lun and she goes crazy chasing after him, he tries to use political science to convince her to stop but she punches him. CPatricia finishes planning and starts hiring mercenaries for the breakout.
                             Snoopy's Scavengers smell Lins and Viole preparing a representatives picnic and steal some of the food. Luci assigns Shroe to Sal, Fried and Far while she takes CPatricia, Pendu and Sniv.
                        Lins' shows a cartoon to Luucy's daughter and she decides it isn't funny after finding out he drew it. Charlette starts digging up dirt on CPatricia, Pendu, Sniv and Sal (she doesn't want to endanger an ally of Far in Fried) to throw Luci off her scent.

Week 555; Held

                       Psychiatrist Booth part 6; Li visits Lucille's psychiatric help booth and try's to figure out what he's afraid of, they decide its pantophobia, the fear of everything.
                       Held part 1; Fried hands someone she thinks is Far to Chuck while she goes on a vacation for the week. Unbeknownst to her Far had been replaced by a brain dead clone (Far pretends to be stupid constantly) and was overseeing the spies in Peanutsville and telling Charlette about the watchdog committee.

                        Held part 2; Chuck gets Lins to hold Far's brain dead clone while he runs to a meeting. Luci appoints Shroe and all of their trusted on the council as well as a Spymaster to direct the spy's she plans on placing.

                           Held part 3; Lins yells at Fried to get her stupid Cate and the brain dead clone looks vaguely offended about it. The Outsiders (except for Charlotte Braun) lock up all of their files in maximum which Charlette does to everything she can.

                         Held part 4; Lins try's to get the clone to at least look guilty about wasting his day. CPatricia finds Clark Hent who when he saw her thought he was Patricia.

                      Held part 5; Lins walks up to Snoop with Far's clone in his arms which scares him feet into the air. Clark Hent convinces CPatricia that she is a clone which makes her decide to save the original.

                         Held part 6; Fried finally returns and when Lins yells at her for leaving her friend with him for a day she decides he doesn't like Cates or girl. Clark Hent gives CPatricia Patricia's location and they start planning.

Week 554; Luci Investigates the Outsiders

                           Luucy and Lins are early to the representatives building and Lins' sings and watches TV too loudly (the place used to be a house) so she yells at him and when he butters bread he asks if he's buttering too loudly. When the meeting starts Chuck gets the discussion back to the suggestions the convention gave (it basically Luucy and Chuck doing everything, but it counted).
                        Luucy can't bring Lins' son to school because she has a meeting and tells him to learn things. At the representatives building Luucy and Chuck push the suggestions through. After the day ended Luucy asked Lins out on a date after taking care of his son for years.
                       Chuck argues with Biole and tells her that she isn't right, she just sounds right. Chuck and Luucy's influence push the suggestions to pass but just barely push it through.
                              Chuck try's to teach Sallicia's daughter how to count but when he shows her a picture of boats and asks how many there are she says all of them. Pendu decides what party to join, his own party the Confederate Party.

                        Luucy asks a Schroedarian piano player if he wants to be another Beethoven and he says he wants to be the Sam Snead of music. Luci is appointed to the Charlette watch group, but the people who oppose any action on the Outsiders don't bother to appoint anyone else.

                          Luucy tells Lins' son to become educated when he goes to school. Luci realizes that the watchdog group is a declawed version of what Chuck and Luucy wanted but goes into its investigations with earnest.
                       Pen(cil) Pal part 23; Chuck tries to apologize to his pencil pal for not writing but writes that he forgot about it which he knows doesn't sound right. Chuck instructs Luci to appoint everyone else on the council.

Week 553; Faron Enters The UNOP

                             Snoopy's Scavengers steal Linus' wall and bury it in the ground where they leave it until Luci digs it back up. Fried starts trying to stall any more bills until the delegates from its Cate-run country arrive but Chuck and Snoop stop it.
                         Faron part 7; Luucy announces to the town about the arrival of Faron's representative (that was the country chosen by Frieda) Far. The Snoopians start trying to vote to not accept Faron into the UNOP. Meanwhile Chuck pushes through the sanctions bill while most people are gone.
                         Faron part 8; Fried shows Far to Snoop, but finds the Cate being held by Fried, practically boneless. The Friedans end the convention so they can vote to accept Faron.

                        Faron part 9; Fried has Far try to convince Snoop to let Faron but Snoop stares at her blankly.  The vote goes on and it passes the elected house 13-5-1 (Chuc was undecided and CPatricia was investigating) but gets stuck in the appointed house 6-5.

                       Faron part 10; Snoop sees Fried carry Far to the representative building and gets very worried so he lies on Chuck's arms. Far starts targeting Luck to swing his vote.

                      Faron part 11; Chuck asks Fried if Far can walk and she says she can, but she just doesn't like getting her feet dirty. Fried gets Luck to change his vote letting Faron in the UNOP.

                       Faron part 12; Frieda needs help getting Faron's army out of a tree but when Charlie Brown's general laughs he discovers Snoopy's Scavengers are actually in the tree. Faron informs Charlette of what happened.

Week 552; Patricia Out And Back In

                     Charlie Brown's army chases Frieda's army away from Snoopy's Scavengers, but then they walk on their heads which starts to change their minds.

                       Faron part 1; Frieda's general decides to sends ownerdiplomats to a Cate-run country to take power from Snoopy. Pendu introduces a measure to create a Outsiders watch committee which passes easily.

                        Faron part 2; Fried tells Chuck about Frieda's plan and which shocks Chuck. Chuck and Luucy start working with Luci and Shroe on a sanctions bill on the military of Charlotte Braun.

                       Faron part 3; Fried informs Lins of her plan and says its to take Snoopy down a few notches. When Patricia is let out she knocks out the guard and takes his gun so she can find Peanutsville.

                          Faron part 4; Fried talks about Snoopy as if it is a rabid dog that needs to be put down which Chuck remarks on. Patricia watches her daughter at 16 drive around on a spree breaking several laws with her friends and cries.

                       Faron part 5; Snoopy's Scavengers try to forget about the Cate-run country but can't. Patricia breaks into the convention center (the representatives building) through the balcony and beats up everyone from Patty before telling the delegates her story while sobbing, unfortunately Batricia had a story for in case she broke out (it was a deluded clone of Patricia who they couldn't bear to kill) and gets the delegates to believe her.
                       Faron part 6; Snoopy's Scavengers try to calm themselves down by hoping the country will have a Katen structure but knows it won't. As Patricia is returned to her tube CPatricia wonders why she believes this and starts investigating to see if her "clone" is telling the true.

Week 551; Outsiders Convention

                          Lins teaches Luucy how to play marbles but makes her worried so she slugs him. Chuck and Luucy get the Convention Amendment passed.
                          Snoopy's Scavengers pretend to run but don't move and Chuc believes that they already came back. Chuck calls a secret Outsiders Convention with 4 delegates per country including all of the representatives and schedules it to begin when all of the delegates arrive.

                      Biole's daughter brags about how good at bowling her dad but Chuck's son replies his dad stays at home some nights. Chuck is not surprised to be chosen as the fourth Charlie Brownan delegate.
                            Luucy asks Schroe if he could support focusing on a better focus for Schroeder and merge with Lucy but he says that Schroeder would only merge with it if it was the last country and then no country could focus on anything. Snooy (the old baseball player, he left to go into politics) from Snoopy arrives with Luci and Shroe. Patricia finds out about the convention and vows to attend the convention.

                       Frieda's general tells the Great Piano that she thinks Lu is a disgrace, but then asks why it uses its intelligence as a concert hall. Pat and Viol from Patty and Violet reach the Peanutsville.

                        Biole and Batricia kick Snoop off of an area they want to jump rope in. Linsus from Linus, Sub from Sally, Bendu (the candidate to take Pendu's seat), Shab from Shermy, and Frie, Fril and Frid from Frieda arrive starting the convention.
                           Lins' son barely breathes when his shoes are tied too tight. Pendu gets the delegates to sign an oath of secrecy on the process of all conventions.

Convention Amendment

This post shows the details for the Convention Amendment

1. The President has the power to call a Convention on any subject beside Constitutional revision.
2. A convention is defined as a meeting of representatives and people chosen by the countries to solve problems.
3. The President can define the terms of the convention and how many people from each country can attend them.
4. The representatives and country's must approve of the Conventions suggestions as if they were Amendments.
5. If countries don't send delegates to the convention they are fined and if delegates sent don't come or leave they are fined.

Week 550; The Convention Amendment

                        Psychiatrist Booth part 3; Luucy advises Chuc to remember that he has has friends, and then when he believes it she asks him to name one.
                           Lins' argues that opinions should have quality but Luucy says he knows nothing about opinionation. Fried and Pendu try to end the meeting on the first day but both Chuck and Luucy support the meeting so it continues.
                            Snoop looks up at the stars after a long day of debate and feels happy that they will always be there, until one falls. Earlier that day Fried had tried to end debate by appointing a watch group to look over the Outsiders, but the day ended with a fierce argument where Luucy almost punched her and it being voted down.
                      During debate over whether to revise the peace treaty to make it harder for Charlette to secretly take over Biole yells so much at Chuck that Lins asks if it took the life out of him (he says he is among the walking wounded).
                              Psychiatrist Booth part 4; Schroe's son wonders why lemonade stands aren't seen much and then sees one of Lucille's psychiatric help booths and sees why. Chuck starts drafting the Convention Amendment which allows the President to call a convention for purposes other than revising the Constitution, meanwhile Chuck and Luucy start working together on a way to stop the Outsiders.

                        Psychiatrist Booth part 5; Lins asks Luucy what the sign on her booth means and talks for so long that she punches him. Chuck and Luucy decide to close the meeting until the Convention Amendment passes so Chuck can call a broader convention.
                      Lins' son rips the top of his cereal box which annoys Chuck because the cereal box was made to be opened easily. Chuck introduces the Convention Amendment to the representatives and with his and Luucy's approval it passes easily.
