Lins' son steals one of Luucy's daughters balls and she chases him out of New Peanutsville to try to get it. The Republic of The North sneaks into the Capitol Lordland of Charlie Brown and takes over it.
Chuck complains about how mellow April Fools day is giving an example of an old prank so Luucy plays that prank on him. The Republic of The North sends an announcement to the leaders of every Lordland that if they give help them and give up their territory the leader will be given a good position in the UNOP.

Luucy brags about her pessimism saying she optimistic about her pessimism after saying she thinks they are going to lose. The army's of the Lordlands that decided to help the UNOP start taking over nearby Lordlands.
Chuck yells at Biole about her being dumber than she thinks. Charlette is blocked by Loyal Linusian Lordlands and starts fighting them.
