                Sally part 7; Biole and Luucy complain to Grey and Van Pelt about no provinces being upgraded in a long time and Luucy also complains about Linus.
               Sally part 8; Sally Brown is officially named Sally Brown despite being called that since it was decided to be upgraded.
               Sally part 9; Schroe wonders if Ace Country Fixers helped Sally to its upgrading because then it would have gotten all 9 Beethoven Symphonies into its country library (it wasn't).

                 Sally part 10; Luucy asks Charlie Brown's Prime Minister if he is jealous of the attention Sally is getting but he says no which annoys her.
                             Sally part 11; Luucy tries to make a policy to not let provinces be upgraded in the hostile climate of the world but Lins says that then the leaders of provinces needing to be upgraded would be stopped for a thousand years from upgrading so she decides that idea was crazy.
                Sally part 12; Chuck tells Snoopian reporters that he is glad to have an economic partner in Sally which Snoop (who was also being interviewed) says he wouldn't know about the benefits (he didn't study the existence of his 7 sibling nations).
