The leaders of Shermy and Patty
(all 3 of them) give an anniversary party of being a country to Charlie Brown
the leader asks were the candles were with which they reply they didn’t know
how long it was a country and didn’t do a cake (which he asked about next)
because they weren’t sure it even was the anniversary.
The marble champion from Shermy walks by food
scavengers from Snoopy who think the bag of marbles are candy and rush to get
them and then realize they’re marbles.
The leaders of Patty after a
meeting of The United Nation of Peanuts
asks the leaders of Shermy if Shermy is superior to Charlie Brown which it is
while the leader of Charlie Brown listens. Its army claims some land in Failure
and then the leader of Patty states that she thinks Charlie Brown is a better
country than Shermy and Charlie Brown’s army claims a city in Confidence-land.
The leader of Charlie Brown changes
its flag and shows it to the Girl party leader from Patty who says it is a bad
flag and he is mad at the adviser who told him to do it.
An adviser from Patty checks the
abilities of Charlie Brown’s watchtowers, and they don’t pass the test. Also the
foundation of the motherly party of Patty starts to form.
The countries of Shermy and Patty
are sharing entertainment when Snoopy pays extra money to replace Patty in the
entertainment supply list with itself.

The bouncing ball champion from
Patty is practicing and the newly founded Mischievous party of Snoopy (adding
to the Dog party) steals the ball.
A new owner?diplomat pack is sent
to Charlie Brown whose leader decides to lecture the owner?diplomats, but then
the diplomats remaining from the mother country call him and he has to leave for a conference.
During a parade around The United Nations of Peanuts one of
Charlie Brown’s entertainers is a drummer and in Patty a citizen says the
drumming is annoying and since the drummer is from new Smartaleck land he puts
on headphones and keeps drumming.
The leader of Charlie Brown and the
leader of the new Motherly party in Patty talk about how Charlie Brown is
afraid of the future and the Motherly leader tells him that he’ll probably live
another 60 years and he reveals that is what frightens him.
An owner?diplomat pack is sent to
Patty, after Snoopy finally named itself , the trainer from the Girl party
tries to teach the slaves (dogs) how to sit up, a trainer from the Boy party of
Shermy comes along and tries to give demonstration making the dogs laugh.
Charlie Brown and Patty decide to
share an entertainment and the leader of Boy Shermy says it doesn’t bother him,
hurting Charlie Brown’s leader’s feelings; meanwhile more of Failure is
conquered by Charlie Brown. Later that day the Smartaleck and Failure sections
of the country demand representation and create a political party for each.
