Snoop gets cold and bangs his way into Chuck's house and he gets annoyed by him knocking on the door. Fiften gets 555 to be allowed to join the UNOP, with him as the representative.
Snoop eats his food during dinner and then wonders what to do the rest of the day. Luci gets Faron split between different governors of the countries so no one has complete control over it.
Fiften's son tells Chuck's that his teacher keeps mispronouncing 555 95472 and putting the accent on the 2 instead of 4.11
Linus' wall commander realizes that he is hooked on road blockage and will never stop. Luucy starts angling to get Fiften to join her party which hopefully will give her back the Presidency of the House.
Chuck gives Snoop some food and a small dish of sherbet and he thinks about how nice Chuck is. Chak starts appealing to Fiften to join the UNOP Party but he starts playing them off each other for the best deal.
Chuc complains about having no friends and Luucy says that she would like him to know how she'd feel if the whole world is against him, she'll be against him.
Snoopy's Scavengers think that Charlie Brown is giving them food and jump on some passing trucks, but realizes they aren't being given food.
