Lins spends an entire day at the beach throwing rocks into the water but never gets any distance. Pig-Pen has its voting for the treaty and it passes.
Luucy shows Chuck a family of fish and then finds out that they are toes which explains why she can't step on them. Shermy has its vote and the treaty narrowly passes.
Lins' son asks Luucy's daughter what 6 from 4 is and she says you can't do it, and then he says you can if you are stupid. The representatives unanimously vote for it.
Snoop is walking around and the sidewalk is hot so he says that he'll never get used to going barefoot. Luci finds out where Charlette is so she captures her.
Chuck says that the day before he was fine but that day he felt depressed so Lucille says that he is unstable, and then keeps adding diagnoses for why that is. Luci asks the generals of every country that had fought in World War 1 to meet in the capitol of Charlotte Braun to negotiate a treaty.
Luucy says Lins' son is doing okay at dressing himself but that day he failed at it. All of the generals meet together and start the discussion.

Luucy's daughter tricks Chuck's son into falling from a tree stump when he thought he had a parachute. Chuck gives a passionate speech to the Shermian legislature about accepting the treaty.
Lins' son is sucking his thumb with his blanket but bites it because he was chewing gum. The Shermian government puts the treaty to vote for the populace so Chuck and Sherm go home.
Snoopy Scavengers push Snoopy's empty water holder to Charlie Brown so it will fill it. Charlie Brown and Lucy put the treaty up to vote and it passes.
Chuck and Sherm say that everyone has plastic inner-tubes after seeing CPatricia and Snoop float by on them (The representative voted to go to the beach a few miles away from Peanutsville until the treaty comes up to vote for them). Linus and Snoopy put the treaty up to vote and it passes.
Chuck teaches Luucy's daughter the Doge-paddle since it's how Doge's swim, and they see Snoop swim by on his back. Every country in The Republic of The North have their votes and they all pass.
Snoop try's to sneak up on Lins but he scares him to the sand. Patty and Violet put the treaty up to vote and they easily pass.
Luucy gets mad when she sees Lins' son is in the pool with his blanket( he went a little overboard with the always have a blanket with you law). Schroeder puts the treaty to vote and it passes.
SmartA decides to sleep outside but is scared and runs inside, only to find Snoop sneaked into his tent. The Lucinian partner reaches The Republic of The North to discuss the treaty.
Chuck's son sees all the kids playing in a a pool, and then swims in a bucket. Chuck and his partner finish the first draft of the treaty and send a copy to the governments of The Republic of The North and The UNOP for edits they want.
Lins loses his blanket and is worried about being fired so he uses a towel. Later that day he finds it. The governments send the edits they want back.
Luucy brags that she comes from a long line of generations. The diplomats open up the second round of negotiations.
SmartA asks Luucy what is so important about her family and she says it has her in it. The second round of negotiations ends and asks the governments to put the treaty to vote if they are okay with it.
Luucy says that the Van Pelt group has great unity, and then insults Linus. Every country except for The Republic of Shermy says that they are okay with the treaty.
Luucy says that her family had a man who was in the Expansion Wars( these where the wars that gave land to a few villages that have created all country's, this is unimpressive since almost everyone who lives in a country has someone from those wars in their family). Chuck and Sherm head to The Republic of Shermy to convince it's leaders to support the treaty.
Luucy says that Beethoven wasn't great since he never got to head a country (he only inspired a country right after his death). Chuck's assistant takes over as representative so Chuck leaves for The Republic of The North.
Luucy is golfing and hits SmartA on the head, and then yells the warnings of a ball coming. Chuck starts negotiations.
Wall War part 1; Snoopy's army tricks the supervisor of a part of Linus' wall to send an army out to look for stuff, and they take over the section.
Wall War part 2; The wall's section army sends an emergency message to the Snoopian army so they take over it.
Wall War part 3; Snoopy's army steals the section of the wall straight from the guards. Linus' entire army then comes and takes the wall back.
Luucy tells Schroe that Beethoven would like him, but he would like her better. Luci hears rumors that Charlette is hiding in her home country so she secretly sends her army there.
SmartA sees Luucy's new record, Music To Fuss By, which embarrasses her. Chuck asks The UNOP for a Lucinian partner to help negotiate a deal which they send.
A Kiteboat is sent to help Luci but it gets trapped by the Kiteboat Trapper, the crew forces the shields around the Kiteboat Trapper to fall so Linus' general asks Luci if it is autumn.
Lins' son steals Luucy's daughter's book and she finds him with it because she's phonetic. Loalci Isle surrenders to Luci, who finds out that Charlette had escaped.
Chuck talks to Lins, Viole, CPatricia and Snoop but they all yawn at him. Luci gets her army together again and they leave for home.
Chuck says that he always feels guilty so Luucy yells at him saying that he's not guilty. Charlette sneaks into Charlotte Braun to take over it.
Chuck wishes for Peace of Mind but Luucy says that would drive her crazy. Luci recalls all of her spies so they can discuss a new plan.
Luucy says that the world needs more troubled minds. The Republic of The North asks for The UNOP to send a diplomat to negotiate a treaty in return for all the help they gave it.
Luucy says that Lins doesn't have real peace of mind and shows Chuck "real" peace of mind. The representatives unanimously choose Chuck to be the diplomat since he negotiated the independence of Charlie Brown.
Lucy's at-home general is practicing with the new tanks and one of them crashes so she blames Charlie Brown's at-home general for setting up a trap, and he was miles away.
Snoop steals Chuck's marble and hides them in his mouth. Loalci Isle's new allies engage Luci after trying to sneak around The UNOP Front's flank.
Luucy's daughter complains about getting a dime since they don't bring a thing on the open market. Luci pushes Loalci Isle's allies into Loalci Isle's army to make the fighting simpler.
Snoop pretends to be a circus doge but steps on his own ears. Shroe takes a small portion of the army to sneak around the enemy and capture Charlette.
Lucille lists the requirements for a stable country, drinking water, food and good leaders and Lins is surprised she doesn't include a a wall. Shroe makes it near the capitol and puts it to siege.
Chuck and Sherm eat hot dogs but it feels weird since they aren't watching a ball game. Shroe takes over the capitol and starts searching for Charlette who escaped the night before.
Chuck sees Luucy drawing birds on a fence and asks if she likes birds. Luci pushes Loalci Isle's army into the capitol, only for them to find that they can't get in.
Chuck and CPatricia talk about how strong mules are and Snoop thinks that what they say is ridiculous. Luci hears news that Charlette is hiding in Loalci Isle.
Chuckson catches a ball with his bare hands because his glove slipped off his hand. Luci packs The UNOP Front onto the navy's ships to capture Charlette.
Lins' son try's to blow up a balloon halfway and it becomes a half-circle, Loalci Isle gives Charlette protection.
Chuck wishes that he could even be a friend in need. The UNOP gives Luci and The UNOP Front supreme power in service of capturing Charlette, even declaring war.
Luucy says that the period of most economic stability in a country is 30-50 years after independence which vindicates Chuck's feelings that Charlie Brown is in danger. Luci declares war on Loalci Isle.
Snoop begs for food from Chuck and gets it. Loalci Isle gets help against Luci from the countries of North Peanuts not in The Republic of North Peanuts.
Lins' son is unbelievably proud to have a balloon. Luci engages Loalci Isle's army. Charlette starts sending messages to the Outsiders to help her.
