Snoopy sends another owner?diplomat
pack to Charlie Brown which includes some slaves (dogs), who try and fail to
entertain citizens of Charlie Brown.
In the temple of Charlie Brown a
meeting between all countries is held and the sore disease hits the toe of
Patty. When Patty’s delegates come, a citizen of Charlie Brown asks them if
they are playing a game delegates sometimes play while moving around then Patty’s
delegates tell him the truth. In the meeting delegates of Patty, Shermy,
Snoopy, and Charlie Brown agree to become The
United Nations of Peanuts.
To fund The United Nations of Peanuts the four countries agree to all sell
different things to wandering villages. Shermy sells root beer, Charlie Brown
sells flowers, Patty sells lemonade and Snoopy sells bones to dog-slave trade
villages and owners of dog-trade slave villages.
Wandering villages are groups of
people in wagons that move around and call themselves villages. The owner
country means they supply dog-slave trade countries/villages with necessities
and shelter. Dog-slave trade means the country as a character is a dog.
Delegates of Patty remaining from
the meeting see the leader of Charlie Brown, think he is crying and try to comfort him,then realize
he’s sleeping and wake him up.
Some new owner?diplomats sent to
Shermy from Snoopy see a “long term defense builder, short term defense
destroyer” (a jack-in-the-box) and get attacked by it then modify it surprise
the defense of Shermy negatively.
The leaders of Shermy and Patty are
walking by with ½ of an owner?diplomat pack each and see Charlie Brown’s still
working flower booth. Shermy’s leader buys a flower and gives it to the owner?diplomat
pack angering Patty’s leader.

Shermy and Patty each send a chess
champion (Champions and Sports) to
play against each other, at one point Patty’s champion is winning and states
that chess is a game of skill but when Shermy’s champion makes a good play she
says chess is a game of luck.
Now let’s talk about champions, at
first villages send a champion to play games called champions but are really
sports or board games later they change champions to sports but still send a
champion.
Educators from Shermy teach young
kids from Charlie Brown about the sun, and one of them smart-alecky replies
(since he is from a recently conquered city by Charlie Brown in the land of
Smartaleck) that mittens keep us warm.
An owner?diplomat pack is sent to
Patty whose leader is talking to a leader of a village while she think the
diplomats are sleeping but are actually listening so when she realized they
were listening she stopped talking.
The country of Patty finally names
itself. Diplomats from Shermy are sent to Patty whose leader disguises herself
as diplomats from its aunt country. When the diplomats leave for another
village the jealous leader admits it is him. Later due to diplomats from the
ruling political party being in Patty in Shermy a 4 political party system is
founded with Boy Shermy, Pro-merge Shermy, Educator Shermy, and friend of
Charlie Brown Shermy as the political parties with Pro-merge leading the
government.
The Educator party creates a
province with all its supporters (not to become a “child” country though) and
teaches about the world saying that it is round like a basketball, and since
Charlie Brown captured another Smartaleck city, a child from there says that he
doesn’t believe it since the globe has no stitches.Also the first time Shermy shows itself as a failure of being a country. 
Part of Patty’s army sees a supply
train in Shermy and demands some thinking the food is ice cream, the food distributor of Shermy accepts but the army hates it since it is mashed potato.
Also political parties for Patty are founded Girl, Pro-merge, and Bully with the
latter 2 sharing leadership.
