Lucy steals all the army training tools from Linus and lies to their mother country about practicing with it, but Linus alerts them and punishments are dealt to Lucy ( it is an r-rated punishment).
Snoopy only has TV during dog food commercials. Lucy loses 5,000 tanks from the punishment and Linus gets half of them.
