Convention Amendment

This post shows the details for the Convention Amendment
  1. The President has the power to call a Convention on any subject beside Constitutional revision.
  2. A convention is defined as a meeting of representatives and people chosen by the countries to solve problems.
  3. The President can define the terms of the convention and how many people from each country can attend them.
  4. The representatives and country's must approve of the Conventions suggestions as if they were Amendments.
  5. If countries don't send delegates to the convention they are fined and if delegates sent don't come or leave they are fined.
