Charlie Brown sends out a kiteboat fleet while Lu try's to talk with the commander but the ships blow away angering Lu. Eventually she saves them so she can finish what she was saying.
Chuck tells Lins that is widely agreed that blocking roads hurts them but a country could fall apart without the perceived safety of it.
Chuc complains about having no friends whatsoever and feels that he can do nothing so he gets a haircut.
Lins' asks why cows are brought in from the pasture during night and Luucy acts likes he's an idiot and answers that they'd be pasteurized.
Snoop try's to do 30 push-ups but can't because his nose gets in the way. Snoopy starts talking about improving the Bard Leagues Birdhouses (the Bard League is a collection of Bard-run countries).
Luucy and Lins' son look at the stars and notices that they are very old and Lins' son asks if they should look at new ones.
