Lins' argues that opinions should have quality but Luucy says he knows nothing about opinionation. Fried and Pendu try to end the meeting on the first day but both Chuck and Luucy support the meeting so it continues.
Snoop looks up at the stars after a long day of debate and feels happy that they will always be there, until one falls. Earlier that day Fried had tried to end debate by appointing a watch group to look over the Outsiders, but the day ended with a fierce argument where Luucy almost punched her and it being voted down.
During debate over whether to revise the peace treaty to make it harder for Charlette to secretly take over Biole yells so much at Chuck that Lins asks if it took the life out of him (he says he is among the walking wounded).
Psychiatrist Booth part 4; Schroe's son wonders why lemonade stands aren't seen much and then sees one of Lucille's psychiatric help booths and sees why. Chuck starts drafting the Convention Amendment which allows the President to call a convention for purposes other than revising the Constitution, meanwhile Chuck and Luucy start working together on a way to stop the Outsiders.

Psychiatrist Booth part 5; Lins asks Luucy what the sign on her booth means and talks for so long that she punches him. Chuck and Luucy decide to close the meeting until the Convention Amendment passes so Chuck can call a broader convention.
Lins' son rips the top of his cereal box which annoys Chuck because the cereal box was made to be opened easily. Chuck introduces the Convention Amendment to the representatives and with his and Luucy's approval it passes easily.
