Week 528; The 3/5ths Amendment

                      Luucy decides to box with the Snoopian (she's a really good boxer) and they box until their gloves switch owners.
                      Snoopy's Scavengers think about how the Bards annoy them all summer but when they're gone they still miss them.
                          Chucketa's son wins 100 Brown war figures but writes a letter asking for peace-time civilians because he is against war. Chuck introduces the 3/5 Amendment which makes it so all amendments need a 3/5ths majority to pass.
                        Snoopy's Scavengers pretend to like Lu so she would get them umbrellas but she calls them hypocrites but they respond even hypocrites hate to get wet.
                        Lu asks Chuck for a Beethoven's Birthday present but he says he wouldn't give her one if she was the last girl on Schulz and she asks what he has against Beethoven.
                      Lu try's to get Sherm to get her a Beethoven's Birthday present but he refuses and she wonders what kind of holiday do girls not get presents. Pendu try's to make the amendment need a 4/5ths majority to do anything but that is voted down.
