Lins bounces around houses to try to watch Doctor's Round Table but when he returns to his house he finds out that after trying to get Luucy to watch the show and leaving she watched it. The overpopulation bill sends money to developing moon colonies as well as tax credits for every child a household doesn't have under 3 and a tax for every child more than three.
Lins looks at Snoop and calls him flabby. Far starts talking Luucy's overpopulation bill down angering her and her partisans.
Chuc complains about being useless and Luucy tries to comfort him, but bursts out laughing. Luci finds some clues about Faron (not Far yet, just Faron) and focuses on them.

Chuck appoints a non-controversial pick, a career judge from Pig-Pen named Pin who is a member of no party and is replacing a similarly non-controversial Shermian, but Luucy just refuses to look at him until their is a vote on overpopulation.
Biole scolds Pendu for being a germ carrier and he responds that germs get tired of walking. The overpopulation bill passes the Appointed house but the Elected house resolve to not vote on it until Luucy votes on Pin leaving them at an impasse.82
