Linus adds a heating system to the wall due to coldness. Luci asks the leaders of Shermy why nothing has happened and finds out that the people tell her that no one will compromise or let anything besides what they want.
Snoopy's scavengers wakes up and steals some of Charlie Brown's food. Luci gets in contact with the people who are trying to get her bill to pass in Shermy and yells at them for not doing anything but yell at the other side about how they're wrong.
Charlie Brown and Snoopy are enjoying coconut creams. Luci realizes that Charlette is training to become a general for the Outsiders so she prepares to attack before she finishes her training.
Chuck calls a Doge man's best friend and Lucille disagrees saying man's best friend is his blanket. Luci tells the people supporting her bill to try to compromise with the other side.
Charlie Brown and Snoopy are enjoying chocolate creams and then the citizens get mad about the bit of coconut.
Luucy is watching ants and then gets mad at them. The people on the side of Luci's bill start trying to compromise with the other side who do nothing and don't listen to them.
