                            Luucy demonstrates traveling by drawing on Chuck's head. Chuck starts working on bringing Fried into his party.
                           Sallicia complains that Snoopy and Sally Brown can't be taught by other countries because Sally isn't old enough and Snoopy is run by Doges.

                       If I Were part 36; Snoop tries to pretend to be a salmon swimming upstream but gets tired out. Luucy gives up on Fried joining her party again.
                          If I Were part 37; Snoop tries to pretend to swim upstream but gets embarrassed when Chuck sees him. Luucy decides to stay in the appointed house.
                       Luucy asks if musicians are temperamental and Schroe yells that they aren't at all. The rest of the governments declare that next Archives Anniversary will be their election.

                       Luucy tells Chuck that she doesn't care if she people liked her like Chuck doesn't care but she cares about being popular. Luucy yells at Lunus for not supporting her overpopulation bill and sends him out from the party.
                       Snoop finds Lunus sleeping on his house so he decides to sleep in the guest room until he moves back home.
