Week 581; A Governor Chosen For Faron

                         Snoopy's Scavengers hear Lins walking with a cookie in his pocket and tell it is in their because he weighed more. A rebel group starts forming in Faron.
                         Luucy asks Schroe if Beethoven could have beaten Lincoln in bowling and he calls the question stupid. Pendu starts looking for possible governors for after the compromise.

                    Lins realizes why Luucy hates Linus, because she wanted Lucy to be the only inheritor of Van Pelt so Linus ruined her plans.
                         Chuck tries to get Luucy to get along with Lunus more and she laughs in his face. The committee creates a plan to have a governor supervise Faron and decide every month if it's prepared to reform the government.
                          Chuck tells Lunus about what happened the day before and says that his face is the sort of face that people just naturally laugh in. The committee bill is passed and Chuck signs it.
                        Lunus talks to Luucy about what Chuck told him about people getting along but soon the analogy breaks down. The representatives appoint a Charlie Brownan named Chac to be governor of the Faron territory.
                       Snoop stands on his house to take a stand but it snows and covers him. Chac starts appointing generals to help him keep Faron in line.
