Week 191; SmartA Has Been Accepted

                Luucy is doing very good in golf. Chuck decides to support SmartA's party and sends his case to the other representatives.
                             Luucy attacks Lins because he was there. Chuck convinces Lins, CPatricia, Viole, Snoop and Schroe to support SmartA and his disciples.
                           Luucy tells Chuck that clouds are getting more beautiful all the time. Sherm, Luucy, Biole and Batricia stall out the decision since you need a two thirds majority for it.
               Chuck gives Viole some chips and one drops and Snoop gets it before it hits the ground. Lucy and the Outsiders find a small town and begin to turn it into the second most defended city in the world ( #1 is Peanutsville).
               Luucy calls Snoop a Doge "insulting" him and is confused that he's smiling  and Chuck says its not an insult to him. Linus keeps heading to Lucy to try to stop it from making a strong military base.
               Luucy finally decides what color to dye her Easter eggs. Sherm decides to support SmartA and his disciple approving his new party.
               Linus tries to open a supply block but it explodes. Charlie Brown heads out to help Linus stop the new military base from being formed.
