Chuck's son plans out the trick or treat route of all the representative children. The Loyalists attack the male general, but kill his clone because he used a clone to escape, Luci finds them and arrests them to be executed.
Charlie Brown has to give Snoopy some food at a certain time during the correct TV schedule. Luci brings the loyalists to the UNOP Court to punish them.
Snoop is watching a fight and thinks that the loser should have bit the other one. The final loyalist kills as many of the Trusted as he could but is killed by one who escapes to the male general.
