Chuck talks to CPatricia and is surprised when she she listens. The head of Lucy's capitol Lordland tells the UNOP that she will give up all her land and army if she gets a high ranking position when they win and they accept.
Chuck and Biole are talking but when he mentions battle strategy she kicks him out and he realizes that she doesn't like that he's in charge. Lucy is conquered and the Lucinian government moves in.
Spring! part 4; Chuck talks about how green spring is Lins' wonders what happens if he doesn't like green. Charlette reaches the capitol and assembles a brand new army.
Spring! part 5; Lins' son yells at Chuck because he thinks winter will never come again and Chuck is happy about spring. Lucy implements a draft to rebuild the army.
New Peanutsville asks everyone to donate weapons for the war and gives a prize for the most weapons, Luucy donates one gun because she only wants to make a token effort.
Snoop pretends to pounce but fails. Lucy sends a squad to find every secret prison that has people arrested by Charlette to free them for the war effort.
