Week 398; Shermy Becomes A Third World Country

                 Lins insults someone but then forgets who it is while he is doing it. Shroe meets up with the rebuilding team.
                Luucy asks Lins' son what he did when he went out to play and he yells a lot of things. Shermy reaches former war-zone country level.
That means that the government has complete control but the country is only just rebuilding.
                Snoopy stops getting economy boosters because they started wearing out the roads since they were old. Shroe decides to leave Shermy to make it seem less like an occupation.
                Pendu offers Chuck jelly beans that he has been holding in his hands since Easter ( which was April 6th). Charlette is pardoned and begins her slow rise to the top.

               Pendu throws away his jelly beans since they were beginning to ferment. Shermy finally becomes a third world country so the rebuilding teams leave since they improved it from before the rebellions (it was so bad it was a 100th world country).

               Snoopy Scavengers shudder when they load all of the water onto the food trucks because they send another group to the dish after picking the last stuff out.
                Snoopy try's to attack a french poodle but its army is scared away. Charlette starts bribing officials to try to overthrow her successor.
