Week 385; Charlette Creating Chaos

                          A Snoopian dancer helps a piano player perform at The Great Piano and Lu (she just hangs out in airships around there) asks if it is art. Charlette carves through the former territory of Cie making a small kingdom for herself.

                  Chuck yells at Luucy for thinking he has no feelings, so she calls his feet fat. Luci gets the armies to sail (or fly) to Cie.
                         Snoop tries to be sneaky but can't since it hurts his eyes. Luci attacks Cie's coast so Charlette escapes for Reichardt.
                     Lu throws off the winter protection of her ships without putting them in the hangar so Van Pelt scolds her.
                    NFF part 1; Luucy is selected chairman of the National Fussbudget Foundation (NFF). Charlette carves through Reichardt.
                     NFF part 2; Luucy compiles information for the NFF. Luci finds out that Charlette escaped for Reichardt so she heads there.
                       NFF part 3; Luucy doesn't go to her meeting to fuss for the NFF. Charlette has her spies throughout the world cause rebellions.
