Mr. Manager part 37; Lin complains about not being able to find a ball, then finds it. Chuck puts up two chambers up for vote and it passes unanimously.
Leaves fly into the Doghouse stationed at Peanutsville annoying it's residents. Chuck puts electing representatives to one house and passes with only a few people disagreeing.
Snoop is dancing but Chuck talks about how awful the world is so he lies on the ground. Chuck opens up voting for an elected president which narrowly passes.
Chuck says that he is the only calm person who is a nervous wreck. Chuck opens vote for a supreme court which passes.
Snoop chases a leaf but ends up with a bunch of leaves in his mouth. Chuck has the vote for term periods for the representatives and it passes.
Lins tells Chuck to have a nice haircut when he leaves the convention during recess. Chuck has the vote for two representatives per country and it passes.
Luucy yells at Chuck that the present drives her crazy. Chuck has the most controversial vote to give representatives control over the armies like their countries but they debate so long no vote happens.CB 2171 Lucy 958 Snoopy 790 Linus 499
Chuck's son tries to give Viole a music box but Luucy's daughter spoils it before telling Lins' son the tree he hit his head against was scratched by a bear. Pendu finally gives these points in his plan. 1. The chambers get split into two, one for the representatives and another for the citizens of Peanutsville. 2. The representatives control foreign policy. 3. The people control the money.
Luucy tells Lins' son the difference between bugs and insects is class distinction. Chuck is convinced to add a second appointed chamber to his plan.
Lins' son thinks a bug is smart for grinning knowingly. Chuck gives his revisions to the rest of the convention.
Luucy's daughter thinks Snoop's nose is a big black beetle so she steps on it. Lins' goes up to add that the appointed chamber only can vote on bills that deal with money and war. He also adds that there is one appointed representative for country's and two voted.
Lins' son thinks bugs should understand humans. Pendu comes on to insult the plans and defend his own.
Lins gets mad that Luucy spends most of her time trying to understand bugs instead of him because they're supposed to work in tandem. Pen introduces a plan where no one gets paid so they don't run for selfish reasons.
Luucy touches a cute bug which makes her nose cold. Chuck decides to put each point up for vote starting the next day.
Snoop plows over Lins on his way to the convention. Pendu gives a speech decrying Chuck's plan but gives nothing concrete to replace it.
Luucy and Lins' children are told to eat whats given to them so they have to live on their snacks. Chuck asks Snoop, Schroe, Luci, Luucy, Shroe and Lins to help him make his plan.
Snoop try's and fails to get a sun tan. Chuck is told that the fifth point is awful and will never be approved so he cuts it out of his plan. Sharmy introduces an idea that there will two UNOP chambers, one for the elected officials and the others for appointed officials.
Lins proves to Luucy that he knows enough to come in out of the rain. Pen proposes that there be a UNOP Supreme Court appointed by the representatives.
Lins refuses to give Snoop his ice cream for sanitary reasons and he realizes it would be unsanitary for him. Chuck adds Pen's proposal while Pendu gives another speech decrying all of the options.
Luucy asks if Chuck can see into the future with his binoculars and is surprised when he says no. Luucy introduces a plan with these points. 1. Split representative chambers into Boy countries and Girl countries. 2. Give Girl countries power to make laws, appoint anyone and sign treaties. 3. Give Boy countries Veto power which Girl countries could overturn.
Lins' son spills milk down his dads rear speaker and thinks he hates him. Pendu spends another day decrying Luucy's plan.
Snoopy"s Scavengers try to steal Linus' wall but find it disappeared, it was sent to the Great Piano. Linus sends Lins, a member of the baby party and 3 more of Lins' allies.
Linus try's to get Snoop to ask for an economy booster but they don't volunteer. Charlie Brown, Lucy and Snoopy send many representatives including everyone who has been a representative and Luci.
Snoop gets some rest because he's preparing for a Doge takeover. Chuck is nominated as president of the convention and chosen.
Chuck talks about Cate's and Doge's but Snoop corrects it as Doge's and Cate's. Chuck decides to introduce his plan first after a recces that day.
Snoop hears that a quarter of a million Doge's and Cate's are born a day and he thinks someone should do something about the Cate's. Chuck introduces the five things he wants. 1. A president of The UNOP free of constraints by their country's government selected by the representatives 2.Representatives chosen by the people of their country in five year terms. 3. Giving the representatives military order to all generals. 4. Two representatives for each country. 5. A council of non-representatives chosen by the president to guide him free of concerns of getting fired by anyone but the president.
Snoop thinks about how many Doge's there are and realizes he isn't unique. Luci and Shroe come up jointly to support everything except the council because it is undemocratic.
Snoop tries to catch a ball but it is autographed so he gets ink on him. Luucy, Biole and Batricia start planning their counter to Chuck's plan.
Chuck's son gets mad at Viole's daughter for bragging about her dad and says he likes his dad isn't perfect but he still likes him, she compliments him for that and then starts bragging again. Luci comes home and after a few speeches in Lucy's capitol comes home so her Trusted trains the new recruits.
Lins observes Sherm's son's toy gun and calls it an educational toy. Chuck introduces a bill to look at The UNOP's charter and rewrite it.
Lu listens to The Great Piano's classical music and has her computer yell that she appreciated it. The representatives unanimously vote to have a convention and sends requests to every government to send members to Peanutsville for it.
Schroe tells Luucy that Beethoven wrote 32 piano sonatas but it wasn't a record (I think it might) so Luucy says that has no sense. Shermy chooses Sherm and Sharm's brother in law named Sharmy while Pig-Pen sends Pendu and an old sage named Pen.
Snoopy's Scavengers steal the Linusian wall without Linus noticing it for a few hours. Violet coshes Biole,Viole, two more Bully party politicians and one more Girl party politician.
Linus' general hides the wall in its roads when Snoopy's Scavengers come. Patty sends in the same type of people Violet sent.
Luucy starts liking Van Cliburn. Schroeder sends Schroe, Schroeder's old baby representative, Shroe and two more politicians to Peanutsville.
Linus' general try's to train his army in the use of cavalry but his soldiers fall of their horses so he moves them to the wall. Luci pushes Riechardt's rebels into their "capitol" where they ask to be negotiated with so she asks for some negotiators.
Chuck tells Lins that while some people feel life passed them by, he feels as if they are going opposite directions. Peppermint Patty sends negotiators.
Snoop lies in a water dish to relieve his nervousness. The negotiations go the exact same way as Patricia's negotiations.
Snoop talks to himself about how lying in a water dish calming your nerves will become accepted teaching in a few years. Luci moves to Cie and is directly told by Marcie to never negotiate.
Snoop thinks about how silly Lins' son looks with a blanket, while lying in a water dish. Luci makes Cie unified against her.
Snoop sees many people lying in water dishes and decides he started a movement. Luci chases Cie into the capitol where they ask for negotiations.
Snoop's head becomes waterlogged from lying in a water dish. Luci squashes the resistance and sends the prisoners to Marcie.
Snoopy keeps hacking into Charlie Brown's TV and radio feed so its citizens get bad sound and video. Luci sends a message to Peppermint Patty asking if they should negotiate.
Lu tells Linus' general that it will have the wall for the rest of it's history, he says that they might make it into the capitol and other buildings.
Lu chases Linus' general away from training since he was doing naval training. Peppermint Patty sends some negotiators with the instructions that independence and all-but independence are off the table.
Lu insults Linus' wall but its general says she wants Linus to end up like Charlie Brown. The negotiation decide to make Patricia a state with no chance up being upgraded.
Lu takes over a portion of the wall and Linus' general counts down for her to leave, but she doesn't. Luci moves her armies to Riechardt and begins routing rebels.
Linus' general kick Lu off of the wall only to find Snoopy's Scavengers took over a portion. Luci chases the rebels into becoming unified.
Linus' general gets the Snoopy Scavengers off the wall but they lie nearby it with their supplies upside down.
Snoopy's Scavenger pretend to attack Linus but don't scare the generals one bit. Charlette finds out that the successor is an adviser hand picked by the queen and sends a request to have one of her friends picked.
Mr. Manager part 33 (You Blockhead part 7); Chuckson is still staring at the ball and sees the other team is still celebrating. Charlotte Braun's leader declines Charlette's request but begins thinking about her succesor.
Mr. Manager part 34 (You Blockhead part 8); Luc baah's at Chuckson because he is the goat. Peppermint Patty and Marcie request The UNOP's help in putting down the rebellions of Riechardt, Cie and Patricia.
Mr. Manager part 35 (You Blockhead part 9); Chuckson complains about being the goat so Snop baah's at him. Luci is sent to lead the UNOP force helping Peppermint Patty and Marcie.
Mr. Manager part 36 (You Blockhead part 10); Schroed try's to reassure Chuckson it is okay but then yells at him for dropping the ball. Luci reaches Patricia and starts putting down the rebellions.
Snoop thinks about flying in an airplane, in a crate in the luggage compartment. Luci chases all rebel groups into the "capitol".
Linus gives Snoopy an economy booster and gets back five. The rebels ask to be negotiated with to see if they can give Patricia some independence.
